This Agreement is entered into between PBrain and the undersigned Reseller, to ensure that all proprietary information shared during the partnership remains strictly confidential.

As part of your reseller enablement, you will receive access to PBrain’s proprietary methodologies, prompts, system architecture, internal documentation, training materials, pricing structures, conversion strategies, and product roadmaps.
This NDA ensures that these assets — along with any related discussions, materials, and know-how — are kept confidential and used solely for authorised reseller activities.
