How the trial works

  1. Connect: we connect PBrain to your WhatsApp Business number. Your number and app stay as they are.

  2. Analyse: PBrain drafts replies to your new enquiries as they come in, so you see how it would answer. Nothing is sent.

  3. You approve: you check its replies and tell us what to change.

  4. We reply: only then does PBrain start answering your customers.

Mutual Confidentiality & Trial Agreement

Confidential Information

For the purpose of this trial, “Confidential Information” includes any non-public business, operational and technical information, business workflows, system configurations, documentation, data and materials disclosed by either party during the set-up and the 14-day trial.

Mutual Obligations

Both parties agree to: treat all Confidential Information as strictly confidential; use such information solely to evaluate PBrain during the trial; and not disclose, share or make available any Confidential Information to third parties without prior written consent.

System & Data Protection

PBrain agrees to handle all client-provided information responsibly and to use it only for configuration, onboarding and support during the trial. Client data remains the property of the client.

Exclusions

Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly available or independently developed without reference to the other party’s Confidential Information.

Duration

These confidentiality obligations apply during the trial period and continue after the trial concludes.
