Before we start: a one-page agreement
Every pilot begins with a short mutual agreement. It sets out exactly what we can and can’t see, commits us to delete everything on request, and keeps your customers’ data protected under Singapore’s PDPA. It also protects the diagnostic method we bring. One page, plain language, accepted in about two minutes.
Read the terms, then agree belowWhat you’re agreeing to
- A one-week read of your enquiry funnel — response times, what stage each enquiry reaches, where enquiries drop off, and (if you share ad data) your cost per booked enquiry. On connection we also sync up to 6 months of past conversations, so the analysis isn’t limited to that week.
- It connects to your existing WhatsApp Business number through Meta’s official Coexistence feature. You keep your app and your current process — nothing changes on your side.
- Free. No obligation to continue afterwards.
- Either side can stop at any time, and we delete your data when you ask.
Questions, answered
What data do you actually access?
Only the messages on the WhatsApp number you connect: enquiries your customers send in, and the replies your team sends out. Nothing else on the phone, and none of your other accounts. We see the same conversations your staff already see.
Does this change how our WhatsApp works?
No. Coexistence runs alongside your WhatsApp Business App — you and your team keep using it exactly as now. One setup note: any desktop / WhatsApp Web sessions get unlinked during connection and need to be re-linked afterwards.
Where is our data stored, and who can see it?
On Amazon Web Services in the Singapore region, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to named people at PBrain working on your analysis. It is never sold or shared.
How long do you keep it? Can we have it deleted?
We delete everything within 14 days of the pilot ending, or within 14 days of your written request — whichever comes first. The only thing we keep is anonymised, aggregated statistics that can’t identify you or any individual.
Is this PDPA compliant?
Yes. During the pilot PBrain acts as your data intermediary under the PDPA — we process the data on your behalf, only for your analysis, and we help with any access or correction requests you receive. The agreement sets this out in writing.
Do you use our customers’ messages to train AI?
No. Your customer content is never used to train or fine-tune any model.
What do we get at the end?
A written analysis of your enquiry funnel: response times, conversation outcomes stage by stage, where enquiries stall, and — where you share advertising figures — your cost per booked enquiry. Yours to keep, with no obligation to buy anything.
Is there any cost?
No. The pilot is free, with no obligation to continue.
Who needs to agree?
Someone authorised to accept for the business — an owner or director. You enter your registered company name and UEN, your name and role, and tick the box to accept.
Can we stop early?
Yes, any time, in writing, with immediate effect — and we delete your data.
