The PBrain 12-Month Monthly Plan is designed for businesses that want monthly billing flexibility while committing to a full 12-month deployment.

PBrain engages, qualifies and supports the conversion of inbound enquiries at the point of highest purchase intent, helping your team improve lead handling, response consistency and conversion support across inbound channels.

This plan is billed monthly at S$1,100 per month under a 12-month service commitment.

• Inbound enquiry engagement

• Lead qualification and escalation

• After-hours conversion support

• Workflow configuration

• Monthly performance tracking

• Ongoing support during the service term

This plan requires a 12-month service commitment.

Monthly billing is offered for payment flexibility. Early termination fees apply due to onboarding, workflow configuration and implementation costs.

Early termination fee:

If the agreement is terminated before the end of the 12-month term, the client will be required to pay either 3 months of service fees or 50% of the remaining contract value, whichever is lower.
